Important Bills and Dates
No parking on any city streets from November 1st to April 1st between 3:00 am to 6:00 am : city ordinance
Refuse is picked up every Monday, must be in plastic bags (6 bag limit) at the curb either Sunday evening or before 6:00 AM Monday morning. Weight not to exceed 35 pounds per bag. If you have other items to be disposed of you may call City Hall and make arrangements to purchase a tag for items to be picked up or you may take your items to the Morrice Transfer Station located at 1970 W Britton RD Morrice, MI. 517-625-7005 and get there prices
Yard waste, leaves grass clippings, and small branches, will be picked up on Tuesdays. Yard waste must be in clear plastic bags and cannot weigh over 35 lbs. Please make sure that there is no trash of any kind or it will not be picked up. Yard waste must be composting matter. In the fall and spring leaves may be raked to the road for the leaf vac. Clear bags may be purcahsed at local business such as Darlings Hardware. Note: No burning in the City of Perry.
Also billed monthly, Water is calculated with a Base Rate plus Water Usage: 3/4 to 5/8-inch Meters (most common): $20.82 per month plus $2.33 per 1,000-gallons
The Monthly Utility Bill also includes a flat fee of $6.50 per residence for Trash Pick-Up (6-Bag Limit).
Utility bills are mailed on, or just before, the First of each and Month and due by the 15th of the Month. A 10 percent penalty is added to all bills not received by the 15th of the month.
Utility Bills may be paid at Perry City Hall 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday After hours, residents may place payments in the drop box located on the brick column at the West entrance of City Hall.
Direct Debit is also available to residents interested in having the amount of their Utility Bill automatically deducted from their checking account on the 15th of each Month. An authorization form may be downloaded from the City Web site: www.perry.mi.us; Look for the Direct Bill Pay Link towards the bottom of the Home Page.

Direct Debit is now available
The City of Perry is excited to offer new convenient way to pay your utility bill.
If you would like to have your future utility bills paid automatically on the due date, simply click here (“Direct Payment Authorization Form”), print the form, fill out and either mail, fax (625-6157) or drop off at City Hall and we will do the rest. Please allow 2 weeks to implement the first automatic payment withdrawal.
Your payment is withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account on the due date.
Note: You must mail, fax, or drop off the filled out form (like any other forms taken from online) in order for this process to take affect.
