Submitting your Hall Rental Form by E-Mail or Mail:
1.) Open the Hall Rental Application Form – Right Click on the Form and Save
2.) Save the file to your desktop. Open the file and type in the requested information. Save the completed form.
3.) Print the completed form and deliver it to: Perry City Hall, 203 W. Polly St., Perry, MI 48872; or E-mail as an attachment to: cityofperry@perry.mi.us
