Here you can print off the permit application you need, complete it, and then send it by mail or bring it in/drop it off at city hall. These files are kept as up to date as possible. If you are unsure about something please contact city hall for more information.

Hall Rental Application Form
Hall Rental Fees
Sending in your Hall Rental Form by E-Mail or Mail:
1. Right Click on Hall Rental Application Form and click Save As.
2. Save the file to your desktop. You can then open the file and fill out everthing on your computer and save it again. Then you can either print it off and mail it in/drop it off at city hall, or you can attach it to an e-mail.
3. You can then E-Mail the document to cityofperry@perry.mi.us
