Perry Local Links
The recently renovated Main Street houses several great local businesses that attract the 8,000 cars that pass through to stop and shop! Downtown Perry also offers its residents almost everything they need including a grocery store, salons, flower shop, hardware store, Library and post office as well as quaint little shops such as Swan Creek Candle Company and Hearth-N-Home, a fireplace selection center.
Perry is still a small town and we’re proud of that fact, but we also believe in growth and are willing to support that belief. The City is working closely with the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Partnership to establish an environment where businesses can flourish and new jobs are continually created. In 2003, the Main Street/M-52 Streetscape was completed, making downtown Perry ready for expansion, where business can thrive and just plain good folks can relax and enjoy.
