Online

As technology moves forward
so does  the City of Perry.
 City residents are now able to
access all information online
that pertains to their property
including Utility Bills and
Property Tax.

The process is fairly simple and
all available with a couple clicks
of the mouse.

You must first register by going to
https://accessmygov.com/?uid=347

Follow the simple instructions on
the website to gain complete
access to all information
regarding your property.

The service is free for
registered users (residents).

Landlords may also register
to view  information regarding
their rental property.

Recent technological
advances also makes it easier
for residents to pay their bills
with a debit or credit card,
either online or at City Hall.

However, a nominal fee of
3 percent or minimum of $2.00
is charged for using this
payment option.

New Rule 
Yard Waste Disposal
(Effective April 2015)
In accordance with Ordinance No. 326 Sec. 1080.2,
approved March 5, 2015, by the Perry City Council:
Mixed Yard Waste must be placed in a
Disposable Paper Yard Waste bag at the curb
for the DPW crew 
to pick up and dispose of.
Bags may not weigh more than 35-pounds.

Plastic bags for Yard Wastes are Prohibited.

The City Vac truck and Chipper will continue to be
utilized to pick up branches/twigs, leaves, and
lawn clippings if those items are carefully separated
and put in completely different piles.

Remember, the indicated piles Must Not have any
 other matter in them.

Paper Refuse bags are available locally at
Darling Hardware and Snyder’s IGA. (April 2015)

EXCITING NEWS !!! – 

Both Utility and Tax bills may now be
Paid at City Hall or Over the Phone
with a Debit or Credit Card.

A Nominal Fee of 3% or minimum of
$2.00 is charged for utilizing this payment
option, which is not collected by the
City of Perry.
